 Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings and Weld Fittings

SSP offers two brands of pipe fittings and adapters:

• Trufit® Pipe Fittings and Weld Fittings
• TruFit® 10K Pipe Fittings

TruFit stainless steel pipe fittings offer NPT thread (fnpt and mnpt), SAE thread, and BSP thread (BSPP and BSPT) end connections, Trufit weld fittings and adapters include tube socket weld, pipe socket weld, butt weld.  Both Trufit and Trufit 10k products also offer AN fittings and adapters. 

SSP fittings manufacturing processes are ISO 9001:2000 certified.  TruFit and TruFit 10k pipe, weld, and adapter fittings are cleaned and individually bagged to prevent contamination and damage prior to installation. SSP manufacturing, assembly, and shipping process maintain material traceability.  Material certification are availble on request.

TruFit® Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings and Weld Fittings

TruFit® pipe fittings, weld fittings, and adapter fittings are designed and manufactured to provide reliable connections in instrumentation and process piping systems.  Brass, Monel®, Hastalloy-C®, and stainless steel pipe fittings are standard.  Other alloys are available on request. 

TruFit pipe, weld, and adapter fittings are functionally interchangeable with Swagelok®, Cajon®, Parker®, and Hoke® instrumentation fittings.

Trufit 10K® Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings and Adapter Fittings

TruFit 10K stainless steel pipe fittings and adapter fittings provide reliable connections in high-pressure systems.  All TruFit 10K NPT thread, SAE thread and BSP thread pipe fittings are designed to be used in system pressures up to 10,000 psig at 100°F (38°C). 316 stainless steel fittings are are standard.  Alloy 400, and C-276 and other materials are available on requests.  TruFit 10k fittings are available with a wide variety of AN fittings connects.
